Removing Shortcut Arrows

I am going to tell you about removing Shortcuts Arrows.....
Here We Go....
"Right Click on Desktop\Properties\Appearence tab\Select item\Scroll From Icon\
The Default Size is 32\Change to 30\Click apply"
