Access Folder From The Toolbar

Today I am telling you that how access any folder from your toolbar?
its very simple an interesting trick....
Here We Go.....
"Right Click On Your Toolbar
Select Toolbars\New Toolbar
Brows the Directory you want to add.
Ok"
You find the directory on your toolbar.
